Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that you can change your mind. We know that some of our courses might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need. No amount will be refunded after the payment is made.
The problem with providing a course fee refund is for the following reasons:

All courses are run as a batch, and therefore we admit a limited number of students in each batch. If a person leaves in the middle, it becomes very troublesome for us to fill the vacancy in that batch.

Course resources, including materials, software access, and instructor time, are allocated based on the number of enrolled students. Once a student enrolls, these resources are committed and cannot be easily reallocated.

Administrative and operational costs associated with student enrollment, such as processing fees, platform maintenance, and staffing, are incurred regardless of student participation.
Refunds for Duplicate Payment
The refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by cheque payment within 30 days after intimation by the student.
